Responsibilities

• Helping customers by answering product questions and showing them items that meets their needs
• Maintaining store’s cleanliness and organizing displays
• Restocking items at the branch
• Checking out customers at the cash
• Responsible for processing purchases and transactions
• Helps to expedite the purchasing process, making it as quick and seamless as possible for your customers
• Welcoming customers once they walk into the door

Requirements

• No experience needed
• Based in Amman
• Speaks and writes English and Arabic
• High organization and attention to detail

Skills

• Clear and effective communicate with customers
• Collaboration with other associates and team members
• Quick and effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
• Ability to learn POS systems
• Basic mathematics and financial knowledge

Working hours

• Morning shift 10am - 4pm / Evening shift 4pm - 10pm / Full shift 10am - 10pm (Please mention what you prefer in the 'Notes' section)
• 1 day off; excluding Fridays and Saturdays and to be agreed on with the direct manager
• 14 days vacation days per year
