When will I receive my order?
If the piece you ordered is in-stock, it will be out for delivery the next day. And if the piece is customized or out of stock we need 7 days of production then it will be sent out for delivery. 

Delivery in Amman is within 1 day, where as international orders take around 5-7 days of delivery.

Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive on the date indicated. Keep in mind that our shipping estimates are based on typical shipping timelines.
Do you ship outside of Jordan?
Yes, we ship internationally! *Exceptions apply.
Will I be charged duties or importing fees?
Please note items shipped outside of Jordan may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order or included in the cost of shipping. These fees are not covered or reimbursed through JoyJewels.

Any additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient specified on the delivery address. If a customer refuses the import duties, taxes and/or charges on their package, JoyJewels is not liable for the package and it will be disposed of by the courier service. Please note refunds will not be provided for any refused shipment. 

We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine if any additional fees apply. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

What courier service do you use? 
Our team delivery all orders inside Amman, in some cases we use Gogo delivery. 

Outside Amman we use Gogo delivery and DHL for international orders.
What is your exchange policy?
Quality is something we guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a free exchange in the first two weeks of purchase. After two weeks of purchase you will lose 25% from the original price. After one month of purchase you will lose 35% from the original price. And no refunds.

Exchanged products must have no signs of wear and original product packaging must be intact. If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please let us know and include a photo for reference.

For exchanges, please visit our shop and we'll help you out, or email hello@thejoyjewels.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return.

Where is my order?
If the piece you ordered is in stock, we will send it out for delivery within one day. During a high volume of orders, processing can take approximately 2-3 business days.
And if the piece is not in stock, we need 7 days to produce it then we send it out for delivery.
Can I edit my order?
Customers can edit their order 12 hours after they place an order.

What materials do you use?
All of our jewelry is created with high quality sourced materials. Our pieces are made from 18k solid gold. Solid gold will not tarnish or oxidize.
Please note, our prices may be subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the market price of gold. All prices shown at the time of purchase will be honoured and not impacted by any future price changes.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Every piece of jewelry is created using the finest materials for everyday wear that requires gentle care.
All solid gold jewelry will not tarnish and can even be worn in the shower or at the gym! Keep your jewelry clean by using a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner with a soft cloth. When not wearing, store your jewelry in a safe, dry place.

Are your earrings sold as singles or in pairs?
Both. Please read the description to know if the item you're about to purchase is sold as a single piece or as a pair. The image usually is a refrence too.
Do you offer repairs?
After receiving your order, if you experience a problem with a product please reach out to us and we will try to resolve the issue. All repair issues will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Every jewelry piece is carefully crafted and packed, so your order should arrive in perfect conditions. If a problem arises at the moment of receiving your order, please contact us.
What methods of payment do you offer?
- Cash on delivery in Amman, Jordan only.
- Cash or Visa in-stores in Amman, Jordan only.

- Bank transfer for local and international orders. When you place your order you will have the bank details for transfer.
