Refunds are not permitted, but our exchange policy allows for exchanges within the initial 10 days for unworn items. Between the second and fourth weeks, a 20% deduction from the original price will be applied. After one month or more, a 30% deduction from the original price will be incurred.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must remain in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
